Mr. Kumar is Partner of N D KUMAR & CO and heads Indirect Taxes and Secretarial division of the Firm. A Fellow member of the ICAI, with an experience of more than 10 years in areas of erstwhile Indirect taxes and GST. Accompanying the certificate for completion of Indirect taxation course conducted by ICAI and certification course on GST, Kumar has remarkable experience in Indirect tax matters of Infrastructure, Hospitality, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Retail trading, Pharma, Education, E- Commerce sectors whereby he served many corporates in India as well as their entities overseas. He also takes care of SEZ/STPI registration of units, Developer/Co-Developer and regular compliance of SEZ/STPI units.

Holding additional degree with ICSI, Kumar deals with various ROC works including incorporation of companies, ROC filings, XBRL Filing, maintenance of all secretarial records etc apart from regular registration activities like IEC, Firm registration, Provident Fund, ESI, Professional tax, labour registration and advisory on startup services. Kumar has contributed to multifarious opinions involving in-depth knowledge in Indirect in GST matters and judicial interpretations.
